As a major supplier to the pharmaceutical and medical industry for printed folding cartons it is critical that the Reelvision quality control systems are challenged and checked to ensure full compliance to the ISO9001:2008 and PS9000:2011 is achieved.
On 15th January 2014 Reelvision opened up it’s operation to Janet Henesy from BSI creating the opportunity for a full and transparent audit of their systems. The day involved a complete and thorough review from the initial printed box enquiry stage through to the despatch and delivery of a folding carton product.
At the close of an intense audit Janet concluded “The Reelvision management system continues to work well for the organisation in satisfying the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and PS9000:2011 for the scope of registration. The processes and systems in place are designed to minimise operational risks and prevent admixtures. Additionally, the results of internal and external audits indicate that these processes and systems are operating effectively”.
These challenging audits are common for Reelvision as not only do they receive regular compliance checks from their pharmaceutical and medical customers but BSI are contracted to audit their business every 6-months as a surveillance to ISO9001:2008 and PS9000:2011.
Following confirmation of another successful audit Reelvision can continue to manufacture printed folding cartons safe in the knowledge that their extreme focus on supplying with market leading service standards is also compliant to the most challenging pharmaceutical and medical demands.
